Probate and Administration of Estates

If a loved one has passed while leaving a will, the nominated executor should contact this office. If no will can be found, a loved one may be appointed administrator of the estate by the Surrogate’s Court. Gregg H. Redmond has the experience to guide you through the entire process.

Once appointed by the Surrogate’s Court to act, the executor or administrator of the estate must gather the assets, pay the bills, and distribute the assets as the will or as the statutes require.
