At closing, you will be performing two transactions: obtaining a loan from a bank and purchasing the property from the seller.

When selling your home, we will prepare the deed and other necessary forms to record the transaction; have your abstract of title to the property updated, order an updated property survey, collect mortgage payoff information, and resolve any title objections that may arise. We will also provide the experienced guidance necessary to coordinate your sale with your purchase of a new home.
